Tatuus T318 - Formula 3 (2021)
The Tatuus T-318 is a Formula 3 vehicle that is currently used on the Formula Regional by Alpine (FRECA), the Asian F3 Series, and also on the W Series.
Muviv Racing has worked to replicate all the physical aspects of this car for both versions, being the main difference the hardpoints on the rear suspension, engine, and the tires (being Pirelli for the Formula Regional, Giti for the Asian series, and Hankook for the W Series).
The model has been tested by professional drivers and they remark the accurate physics of it.
Prior to the Paul Ricard Formula Regional by Alpine event, a professional driver set a time of 1.58.1 on the Assetto Corsa track using similar conditions to be expected during the race weekend. Just two days after, the real vehicle Pole was 1.57.8 and 1.58.1 in Qualifying 1 and 2, showing a good correlation with the real vehicle and validating it as a powerful tool for teams and drivers.
The model has shown a very good correlation in all the other tracks tested this season so far. The model for the W Series championship is also developed with the Alfa Engine and Hankook tyres
